Adding photo’s to Blog replies.

Hi can one of you veteran bloggers give me a simple explanation of how to add photo’s to Blog replies please. I know how to add photo’s to my own blog. Also is it possible to add animated GIF’s? I'm not interested and i just refused implicitly by saying that i'm waiting for that company i had mentioned earlier then he told me to stop pursuing that company.
